It is no doubt why Mary Louise Parker has won a Golden Globe. With her performance in ‘Weeds’, she surely deserve the award.

Weeds

Mary Louise Parker plays the role of Nancy Botwin in the best comedy show at present. Nancy Botwin is a mother of two and also a widower. As a mother, Botwin will do anything for her Family. She will make sure that she can provide for her family. Botwin will do whatever it takes to cater to the needs of her children. Her idea of making sure she is financially capable of supporting her family’s needs is so concrete that she even engaged herself into dealing into something illegal. Botwin engaged herself into dealing drugs and even went out of her mind when she burned down their own house just to hide the evidences.

From previous episodes, Botwin showed how she is as a dedicated mother. She has knocked down a DEA agent who ended up dead. She also had fought with Conrad who is her marijuana partner. The most recent of her brawls is with the mayor of Tijuana. The mayor is being suspected as the mastermind for killing Esteban who is the father of her third child.

Weeds

Botwin is not only beating down her enemies but is also a mom full of sex appeal. Even her children can not resist on her sex appeal when her youngest son had some sort of disease. On the fourth season of the show, her youngest son has developed a disease called oedipal complex when he found one of his mother’s Polaroid picture when she was still young. Botwin seems to like being hit by her boyfriend. Her boyfriend happened to be also her crime boss who likes hitting her at the backseat of her car.

Now, television has been reflecting a new image of modern moms. The shows now portray moms who are sexy. The reserved and modest type moms of the previous years are now gone on TV screens. Some of the famous sexy moms on TV today are Eva Longoria and ,of course, Mary Louise Parker.
