The executive producer of the show had already said that last year’s season 7 would be the last. However, the show was given another 13 episode season for its season 8. Recently Kirk was casted in the NBC pilot where he played the role of the veterinarian who has got problem in conversing with humans. This new role of him will not hamper his return to ‘Weeds’.

Despite that, the film will go on. Lovelace is about a Linda Lovelace, an attractive ’70s pornstar, who is trying to find her spot in the world. Filming has already begun in LA, with Amanda Seyfried as Linda Lovelace. Moore said that after she separated from Ashton Kutcher, her life simply just isn’t the same anymore. In fact, it has become rather hectic in every way possible. She even suffered from a couple of spasms after she was released from the hospital. Although things may be going rather tough now for this 50-year-old, life has its ups and downs. Hopefully, she will be better soon. Life is definitely hard for an actress who is trying to find a focus in life. Showtime renews ‘Weeds’ for season eight

Weeds will come back for season eight.

On Thursday Showtime announced that it has ordered for an additional 13 episodes, which will be produced in 2012.

The show follows a single mother and widow named Nancy Botwin (played by Mary Louise Parker) who eventually becomes a marijuana key player.

Other celebrities that also play a part in the show are Alexander Gould, Kevin Nealon, Hunter Parrish and Justin Kirk.

It was initially rumored in late October that the show will come back for another season, and that was contrary to the claim made by Roberto Benabib, show’s executive producer that Weeds will come to an end after season seven.

Since no one has made that decision to quit or not, let’s be a little positive and think what would happen in the next season? What would it be made of? What would it look like if the show happened to get a go ahead?

Worse still whom do you think pulled the trigger on the show’s season finale? Was it Guillermo, Maggie, the DEA agent or was it Tim Peterson?

Yet, there were those characters that actually did have a happy ending after all. Nancy did get custody of her son after her battles, though only partial. However one would have hoped the show to have ended better than just custody into something like Nancy ending up with Andy or at least Andy taking the bullet for Nancy. How then did Nancy end up with Stevie? I don’t even see the reason why. Nancy is a complete disaster of a mother. The only thing she gives a hell about is her drug business and will do anything to sustain it. As if that’s not enough, she is not what anyone would call a role model for her son. Not after the way she goes out with any Tom, Dick and Harry.

Getting to the storylines, there were some drops off here and there. The custody plot was not the best there could have been. The story being one about hard drugs, there was definitely more room for creativity, especially with Nancy’s main character.

However, there were some nice characters around. Like the detective guy who brought Nancy to the very reality of her eccentric nature, bad parenting and her out of this world plans of using NYPD to expand her drug businesses. Some were of the opinion that she should have been allowed to try it out! The little house on the hill was also one of the few exciting things that brought light to the rather dim ending.

The question still remains. Will there be any redemption for weeds? It was a successful season until it started wading into the swamp of stagnation last season. This season, it was more of drowning, a complete suicide. But there is always hope in the darkest of tunnels. May be we are yet to see what writers can really do.

There is always an end for everything in life. Unfortunately for Weeds, this end hangs in the balance. With the balance not showing any hope for a supposedly bright future.

Nancy and Silas engages in a frantic phone race scuttle, as the two try to outsmart one another in their attempts to bolster their links with clients and allies, and this resulted to Doug hanging up on the two of them.

Silas goes to stay with Emma (as he had quit staying at the loft following the Nancy organized raiding of Pouncy’s House), and captured her list of clients. The duo’s mutual hatred of Nancy brings them together.

Also he somehow persuades Andy to back his side, because of the assurance of higher share of the profit than what he can get from Nancy. It was quite surprising that he chose to take sides, but he is no longer happy with the contempt and dismissal that Nancy gives him, just like Silas. Nonetheless, he had shown no interest in dealing with drugs, only wanting to remain legit. Considering the development he has had this season, it looked like character inconsistency when he was so easily persuaded to take sides with Silas.

As for Nancy, she is not the lazy type. She gets Silas’ ex modeling operative who’s now a courier provider, the two try to fashion out a plan to take advantage of Nancy’s knowledge of high selling rates within the Hamptons as well as the coming presentation that they’ll make to the Vehement guys. During their talk, their select SHHH club is the subject of their discussion. The club takes advantage of the inclination of individuals who are rich to desire things that had been denied them previously with greater interest. Also, they speak about making use of town vehicles to deliver requests, and to make the deal more interesting, hot ladies are now the couriers rather than male models.

As expected, Shane stayed with his mum, as he had been trying to get her approval throughout this season. Also, his opportunity to display his enforcer talents once more presented it self.

Silas makes a reckless effort to deal with a holdup in his MILF supply, and tries to get Dimitri as a provider, not knowing that Nancy is within the residence but where she could not be seen at the time. Silas’ aggressive tactics and his calling her the old, crumbling horse within the race, annoys Nancy and she decided to quit feeling pity and deal with him accordingly.

In the Season 7 finale, Silas betrays Nancy, even as Shane makes one last attempt to protect her from Detective Ouellette; back on Wall Street, Doug and Whit hatch a plan to keep the hedge fund alive.

Nancy and Silas face off over who controls their drug business, while Andy tries to mediate; Shane goes to lengths to win back Detective Ouellette’s trust, while Doug tries to keep the SEC distracted from his hedge fund’s illegal activities.

From a very righteous source, it has been told that this independent movie will be premièred on the famous USA network as a division of the characters unite film series. The free commercial will be aired on Sunday 11th sep, 2011. About the story, Melissa leo, an academy award winner, casts as a flight attendant whose flight is cancelled on 9/11/01.Also on the same flight there was a 10 year old boy who is a pak-american citizen. the boy’s father worked at the World Trade Center, the boy is shown to be very anxious to meet his father after a year. Since the flight cancelled and the boy’s disappointment, Leo’s character in the film decides to help the boy by providing him a ride from Texas to new York. Hunter parish has appeared to be a guiding role in the movie.

Tribeca film festival 2010 specially referred this movie to be very entertaining as it won previously three awards of great honor.

Also broadcasting the same night on the USA network, the film ‘Twin Towers’ about two brothers at work on 9/11. One of them is a Police officer and the other is a fireman in the New York city.

These two films and many other documentaries and news will be broadcasted to memorize the 10th anniversary of this tragic day on the people of America.

Doug and Tillerman take Andy to the Hamptons to find new clients for Vehement to fleece. Andy poses as Bill Sussman (see 3×05), a wealthy man who made lots of money with Vehement. Nancy tags along to sell her drugs. Nancy rebrands MILF as a very high price, ultra-exclusive strain and overcharges New York’s richest citizens for it. After Doug and Tillerman discover that Clive or Bernard Madoff have already fleeced everyone at the party, Nancy offers to cut them into her action. Knowing the raid of Pouncy House is imminent, Nancy rejects merging with them. This infuriates Silas. He doesn’t want to be Nancy’s employee with Nancy making the decisions.

Emma offers Silas a job, but he turns her down. Denny and Emma are arrested during the raid on Pouncy House. Det. Ouellette tells Shane, “When the hammer comes down — and it always does — you want to be on my side.” Shane laughs him off behind his back. When Shane tells Silas that Nancy made the deal that leads to Emma’s arrest, Silas takes a copy of the Botwin’s sales database to start his own syndicate. Silas tells Nancy, “Consider me the competition. Everything is up for grabs.” The episode’s title is the name Nancy gives to the pot that she sold in the Hamptons; it translates from French to English as “a mother I’d like to fuck.”
